Keep the YLF Going and Growing, Join the Florida YLF Leadership Team!

The Florida YLF Leadership Team is a group of alumni and/or staff that have the responsibility to promote the Florida YLF across the state. This group is comprised of youth under the age of thirty and helps to provide the "youth voice" in YLF promotions and activities. The Florida YLF Leadership Team is a group of alumni and/or staff that have the responsibility to promote the Florida YLF across the state. All members are required to take an active role in post-YLF participation. The main focus of the Leadership Team is to conduct presentations in Florida to help spread the word about YLF and share personal experiences. Other duties include promoting YLF in the individual's specific town, serving in a youth advisory position on the board, evaluating nominations and taking an active role in ensuring a successful future for the Florida YLF. The Leadership Team also reviews nominations and selects the winner for The Able Trust's Youth Leader award each spring.

How to become a member of the Leadership Team

To be on the Florida YLF Leadership Team, you must:

1. Be a Florida YLF alumni
2. Be willing to help with presentations at various conferences across the state
3. Be willing to actively promote YLF in your city
4. Be available to provide feedback about YLF programs, planning, etc.
5. Be available to review nominations for The Able Trust Youth Leader Award each spring
