The Able Trust believes that when people with disabilities want to work, they should. Key Able Trust programs such as the Florida youth Leadership Forum, Florida High School/High Tech, Veterans with Disabilities Employment Initiative, Florida Disability Mentoring Day, the Business Leadership Network, and core Grant Programs have enabled thousands of individuals with various disabilities, young and old, to enter the workforce.
Thanks to the unwavering support of its donors and sponsors, The Able Trust has provided and expanded critical employment programs for Floridians with disabilities by offering more than $27 million in direct grant support since 1990. There are many opportunities to support the mission of The Able Trust, such as making a donation, creating an endowment, sponsoring projects/participants or becoming a partner in the Florida Business Leadership Network. The Able Trust recognizes its donors in various ways, and respects the wishes of those who want to remain anonymous.
