The Employment Assistance Referral Network (EARN) is a new program designed to link providers and employers, helping to increase employment of people with disabilities. EARN was established by The President's Committee on Employment of People with Disabilities in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Labor.

Some of the benefits in enrolling outlined by EARN are:

1. Increase job placement opportunities
2. Increase exposure in the employer community
3. Minimal provider effortÉEARN assists with employer/provider matching
4. Access to EARN resources
5. No cost to enroll or participate as a resource
6. Simple one-page enrollment process
