Airline

United Airlines has been selected as the official air carrier for the 1998 Conference. United will provide a 5% discount off of the lowest applicable published fare at the time of ticketing, and a 10% discount off of the unrestricted coach fares. An additional 5% will be taken off of any fare if tickets are purchased 60 days prior to departure date. To take advantage of these special rates, call United at I -800-521-4041. Lodging

The New Orleans Marriott Hotel will serve as the site for all events, including the preconference events, training conference, exhibit hall, and job fair. A block of lodging rooms for Conference participants, including all available accessible rooms, has been reserved, at special rates, at the New Orleans Marriott. Because of the large number of attendees who will require accessible accommodations, arrangements have been made with three other hotels in the area to set aside accessible rooms for the Conference. These hotels are listed below. All reservations must be made directly with the hotel of your choice.

Please remember to make the hotel aware of your accessibility needs at the time you make your reservations, in order to ensure that the accommodations will be appropriate for you when you arrive. To get the special room rate, reference the President's Committee's Conference when making your reservation.
