The Able Trust is pleased to announce that Jason Havens and Sharlyn Lauby have been chosen to serve as volunteers for the Foundation.
Governor Jeb Bush appointed Jason E. Havens of Destin to The Able Trust Board of Directors. Havens is a member of Havens & Miller, PLLC law firm. His private practice focuses on complex estate and charitable gift planning for affluent individuals and families and on behalf of charitable organizations. He is an active member of The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, the Christian Legal Society and various councils and committees on estate planning.
Sharlyn J. Lauby, SPHR of Fort Lauderdale has been named an Ambassador to The Able Trust. Lauby is president of Internal Talent Management (ITM) Group, a strategic and technical human resources consulting firm dedicated to cultivating individual and organizational talent. Prior to starting ITM Group, Lauby held several senior level human resources positions in the hospitality, transportation, entertainment and business services industry. She is chair of The Able Trust’s Florida Business Leadership Network, and is recognized as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management.
