Sixth Annual Gala Will Feature "All Things Tiki"

Save the date for a polynesian paradise adventure as The Able Trust prepares to embark on its sixth annual Gala. The event will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2003, at the historical Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, with 100% of the proceeds to assist with employment support for Floridians with all types of disabilities. In past years, over 350 guests have enjoyed the ultra-themed event. This year's Gala will include tropical cocktails, Tahitian drums, a decadent five course dining experience and breath-taking entertainment.

"Without giving too many details away, just imagine the beauty of the exotic South Seas with the excitement of paradise found," said Florence Bonsuk, committee chair.

The 2003 Gala Steering Committee has already begun plans for the event. The committee is comprised of exceptional individuals from throughout Florida: Florence Bonsuk of Paradise Punch in Palm Beach Gardens, Margarita Abrishami of VIVE Magazine in South Florida, Robert L. Billingslea of Walt Disney World Co. in Orlando, Michele Jacobs of Bloomingdale's in Palm Beach Gardens, Candace Marshall of SunTrust Bank in Orlando, Dennis McNenney of Marsh Inc. in Sunrise, Beverlee Miller of Lake Worth, Madelyn Passarella of JFK Medical Center in the Palm Beaches, Sherra Payne of Creative Consulting & Management in Hollywood, Jeannie Roberts of The Gardens of the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens and Sandy Robinson of Total Bank in Miami.
