The Able Trust has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP #04-3) aimed at assisting Native Americans with disabilities in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. The Foundation will award up to $50,000 in grant funding to one to two existing Florida not-for-profit 501c3 organizations that support the employment of Floridians with disabilities. Organizations should submit a proposal that outlines a project that will lead to competitive employment for Native Americans with disabilities in these counties and serve a minimum of twenty individuals.
RFP #04-3 is funded through the Melba B. Meyer Native American Fund, an endowment established by Wachovia Bank of Florida to provide for projects leading to the employment of Native Americans with disabilities in Escambia and/or Santa Rosa counties.
