For the second consecutive year, IBM has been named the number one company in America for people with disabilities by WE Magazine. The Magazine cited IBM's efforts to recruit and promote people with disabilities, and the degree to which equipment and attitudes have changed to make jobs easier and safer for people with disabilities.
