What Will Happen on DMD?
During DMD, you will be matched with a workplace Mentor in your desired career field. As part of your Mentoring experience, you will have the opportunity visit your Mentor's job site and learn about his or her day-to-day job experiences in an effort to better prepare yourself and target your skills for that particular career path. Hundreds of Mentees and Mentors will be participating in DMD across Florida, so we hope you will join them by participating with us as a DMD Mentee.

How Do I Participate?
