Local BLN Chapter Representative to Participate in National Meeting

Maya Hernandez, Chairof the Greater Orlando BLN Chapter will serve as a panelist at the annual meeting of the National Association of Governor’s Committees for People with Disabilities (NAGC) on April 30, 2007. Hernandez will address Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida’s statewide disability initiative as well as her role in helping to launch local chapter efforts in Orlando. Attendees will include liaisons to the US Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy and the American Association of People with Disabilities.
