Specialty License Plates: Creates a motorcycle specialty license plate; provides for distribution of fees to The Able Trust to be transferred to Prevent Blindness Florida, the Foundation for Vocational Rehabilitation, the Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program Trust Fund, and the Florida Association of Centers for Independent Living.
